*Tuesday 03/16/10 meeting at the Church 7pm. Turn in your Merit Badge choices for Friedlander.*
*Fri 03/12/10-Sun 03/14/10 we will be camping at the Cabin and going to Fort Knox. Fri 6pm at Cabin, go home Sun 1pm. If you did not get the handout at the last meeting call your PL, APL or SPL for info.*
*The Roster was updated 03/06/10. Congrats Patrick N for making Eagle Rank /Salute.*
*Sat 02/27/10 Troop 269 went to the Merit Badge Fair. Everyone worked very hard and we came away with a lot of merit badges. Good job all.*
*I have Scouting activities all the way through early July updated on the Calendar. Dates and plans may change so check often.*
Sat 02/20/10 we worked on Geology Merit Badge. We went to a dinosaur exhibit in Danville.
*Fri 02/19/10 we had a Lock In at Millville School. The Scouts played basketball, other games, watched movies and stayed up way to late.*
Sat 02/13/10 Troop 269 went to the Merit Badge Fair. It was a very productive day with most getting a Merit Badge. Great job all.
Fri 01/22/10-Sun 01/24/10 we went to the Klondike Derby. 19 Scouts attended and everyone had a great time. The Scouts worked very well together as teams and did excellent in all events.

Fri 12/18/09-Sun 12/20/09 we had our Christmas Campout at our cabin. We had a large turn out and everyone had a lot of fun. The Scouts worked on advancements, played capture the flag, watched movies and went to the Aviation Museum.

Fri 11/20/09-Sun 11/22/09 we went to Camp Mckee and went Hiking in the Red River Gorge.
Sat 10/24/09-Sun 10/25/09 we went Backpack Hiking and Camping in the Red River Gorge. Everyone had a Great time and did a Good job Hiking the 5+ miles with our packs loaded.
Sat 10/10/09-Mon 10/12/09 some of the Scouts went to Cumberland Gap to hike and camp on the Mischa Mokwa Trail. We hiked 21+ miles and had a Great time. Awesome job to all who went.
Sat 10/03/09 we went to Perryville and Hiked 10 miles and watched the Battle Reenactment. We had a good turn out and everyone had lots of fun.
Fri 09/18/09-Sun 09/20/09 we went Camping and Canoeing at Stillwaters Campground. We had a large turnout and everyone had a Good weekend.
Saturday 09/05/09 we hiked the 10 mile Wallace Dailey Trail.
Fri and Sat 08/28/09-08/29/09 we worked at Kroger collecting food and money for the Food Pantry.*
We all made it back from Camp Friedlander safe and sound. 140+ merit badges were earned.
